We accept returns if the product was damaged during transit / you received the wrong item / the item is defective or broken upon arrival. Email us at support@klayhomes.in within 12 hours of delivery. Include your order number, video recording of product when opened and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. Note: Minor variations in size, color, or texture are normal in handmade items and are not considered defects.
