2. How long does delivery take?
Since our products are handcrafted in small batches, orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery time varies by location.
3. Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns only for damaged or defective items. Please reach out within 12 hours of delivery with images and video of product while opening the parcel. We’ll assist you right away.
4. Is your clayware microwave and dishwasher friendly?
Yes, all our functional pieces like mugs, bowls and plates are made to be microwave and dishwasher safe. To preserve the lustre and color of your ceramicware, we recommend using a liquid dishwash and a soft sponge for cleaning. To prevent scratches, always place a layer of paper, plastic, or cloth between your ceramic pieces.
