Returns & Refunds Policy
At Klay Homes, every product is handcrafted with care. We take great pride in ensuring your order reaches you safely and beautifully. However, if there is an issue, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product was damaged during transit
- You received the wrong item
- The item is defective or broken upon arrival
Note: Minor variations in size, color, or texture are normal in handmade items and are not considered defects.
2. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@klayhomes.in within 12 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, video recording of product when opened and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Exchanges
In the case of damaged or incorrect items, we offer a replacement at no extra cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Sale or discounted products (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized items
